My teaching style is one that I obtained from two of my favorite college teachers whom I wished all others would duplicate themselves after. When I teach, I introduce myself and let others introduce themselves. I project an image of someone who is willing and able to assist and teach...someone who really does care (of which I have been told many times by former students). I let students know that if they have a question about anything, to please ask me. I am a detailed person and so I like to give detailed steps in achieving a desired outcome. Three years ago, I changed my career from being a Human Resources professional to pursue my lifelong dream of teaching school and coaching. When I was a HR professional, my niche was developing and conducting career and professional skill workshops.
