My administrators usually placed those students who were struggling in my care. I don't believe in using just one "curriculum" but am adept at combining a variety of techniques that will best enable the children find out that they are, indeed, capable of learning! I truly enjoy working with all students. My past experiences of interacting with children has shown me all children have the ability to learn, but learn at different paces and in different ways. I believe in finding out what learning method works best for each individual student and build from there. I am patient, understanding, and have a strong willingness to help others.
