A Little Bit About Me...

When I do teach others about English, I try to understand the way in which they learn. For example, if I were describing the usage of a word, I would explain it, and then use different examples. Once I found which way they best understood, I would expound upon that explanation. Because I enjoy learning about English and using it properly, it gives me great pleasure to pass my knowledge to others. I believe that having strong English skills, spoken and written, is important in expressing our opinions and knowledge.

A Little Bit About Me...

Although I have only been teaching in a classroom setting for the last two semesters, I have spent a great deal of time teaching friends and fellow students over the years. I am very patient and able to adapt to the student with whom I am working. I am a firm believer that learning, and learning math especially, is not a spectator sport and that a great deal of practice is required to fully understand most material. For the past several years I have owned a run my own Grant Writing Company. I specialized in the teaching and the mentoring of my clients in the Grant application process.
