A Little Bit About Me...

As a 2008 graduation of Westfield State College with a Bachelor of Arts in English Education I have enjoyed being a high school English teacher for two years. My training prior to my career involves experience with English at all four high school levels, drama (both academic and extra curricular,) speech methods and instruction, and urban school environments. Additionally, career opportunities while teaching have allowed me to pursue new and progressive methods of teaching literature and writing.
I have a passion for teaching and working with students, and I am highly energetic and enthusiastic in the classroom. I make it a priority to help students understand that even if a subject isn't enjoyable to them, it is still rewarding to achieve success with it.
