I have been fortunate to teach students at both ends of the learning spectrum. Four years ago, I decided to teach the remedial algebra courses at our high school. In doing so, I have built my repertoire of strategies to teach algebra concepts. I feel that my passion for the study of geometry combined with 21 years of teaching high school geometry, have made me a successful geometry teacher. Because each student, young or old, responds to different learning stimuli (graphical or verbal) at diffrent rates, I always try to get to know my student first. I then try to tailor my tutoring to how they respond best and retain what they've learned. I believe in repetition and using examples that a student can relate to, and then testing the student's understanding of the subject matter.

As an Application Engineer for a research company, it was my resposaability to train, instruct and give seminars on the material currently in vogue in Semiconductor, Biology, Physics, and Geology in materials to be analyzed.
