My strengths are in identifying a students weaknessess and giving them the tools needed to succeed. I provide the best that I have to give and know that the student will respond with his or her best as well. My goal is to achieve a level of motavation so that the student will be proud of his/her achievements in reading and math. I believe that each student learns at a different pace and I have the tools necessary as their tutor to help them achieve their stated goals. A Little Bit About Me...

I have taugh young girls ranging from 10-13 years old for an LDS Church, and enjoyed working with these girls, arranged activities to fun places and helped college students with certain skill sets - math, English, Computer Programming (C+, Networking, Access, PeopleSoft). I am a very helpful person who loves to help others to success with their classes, and enjoyed seeing how their grades improved with some of the help that I have rendered to these students - they did well on their tests, quizzes and coached them with Speech class as well. I am deeply grateful for the opportunities to help other students and many have gone on to graduate from high schools and colleges.

I believe learning and knowledge is gained through careful deduction and observation. Certain material often from the onset might seem unreachable , however a good teacher will find several different ways to link information that initially might not seem related to help the student gain a better understanding of the material. I do not believe in memorization of countless facts, i believe in the understanding of core principles and information that allows an individual to observe and make their own conclusions about the material being taught.
