I have worked with elementary, high school, and college-aged students, providing instruction in subjects ranging from English to biology. Biology is one of my top subjects! I received my Masters in Molecular and Cellular Biology. Taught two sections of an Introductory Biology Laboratory and was a Teaching Assistant in Cellular Biology.

I tailor my teaching to the needs of my students. I like using their textbooks and assigning problems to do from the book since that will be material most likely tested. A Little Bit About Me...

I don't think I have really developed a "unique style" by only teaching a year or so. I am a very patient person and I really like to see the "sparkle" in a students eye, when they truly understand something for the 1st time. I like to explain a concept and then give the student a problem and see if they get it. If not, I will go over as many times necessary...until they understand the material.
