My teaching style is to lecture with examples while students are following the process and understanding what needs to be done and how. Then myself and the students do the hands on together so they can either do the exercise from memory or follow my directions. Once the exercise is complete, I give them time to do it themselves. I repeat the materials at the end of each section and the end of each chapter and encourage asking questions. Training can be delivered in person for 1 student or a group. I am a graduate effective 2013 of business administration which encompasses business subjects and accounting. While in high school, I was a certified adult literacy tutor. Since I've had children, I have been an active volunteer in their classes - preschool through elementary school. I hold a BS from PSU in Finance with a minor in Economics. I earned my MBA while working full time in less than 2 years. Math is often very hard for people to understand because they can't apply it to real world situations. I take the problems and teach the student how to see the problem in the easiest way for them.
