Teaching has been an important part of my training at University of Missouri-Columbia and I believe my background would be of utmost importance for this position. I have had considerable undergraduate teaching experience; I have taught discussion and laboratory sessions for courses in General Chemistry, Physical Chemistry and Organic Chemistry, in addition, I have also supervised undergraduate research for several students. Trained as an Chemical Engineer at the University of Missouri with emphasis on math,chemistry and statistics. I have been a substitute in middle and high school amounting to 2 years. I have trained in industrial venues and led training over 7 years in quality and manufacturing.

Throughout all of my academic career, I have never been paid for helping other students-my friends-with their homework. Yet, I have still done it when they asked. In high school, I usually helped the struggling athletes, even though I too was an athlete; this continued in college. In sophomore year of college, I was the peer teacher in Stephens Success class, where I helped students with various issues. In speaking of Academics/Subjects I have personally not gotten below a A- since I was in second grade and can tutor in a variety of subjects including English, Math, Biology, and Chemistry.
