When I had the opportunity to design and teach a Vo-Tech. School program from the ground up, I realized my love and passion for teaching and making a difference in the lives of my students. Being semi-retired with lots of time available, I am living out my passion by substitute teaching middle and high school students in my local school district. A Little Bit About Me...

Over the course of my career, I have taught at just about every level, from middle school to graduate school. I initially started teaching computer applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. My area of study is really in history and social studies where I worked with students on improving their composition and essay writing skills as well as organization and study skills for adolescents and adults. I currently have two AP students that I tutor and have worked with the Army and Navy in developing and improving the cognitive skills of new enlisted personnel. I am currently he Professor of Business Management at Jarvis College in Hawkins Texas where I teach management and information systems.
