Each person learns differently. It is a primary responsibility of an instructor to find a method that will resonate and stick with the student to ensure success. Any student should be given every opportunity to find that internal gratification that only comes with mastery over a particular obstacle. That method of accomplishment, in turn, becomes habit forming. And as an instructor, little compares with the feeling when an idea takes root within a student.
I have extensive experience in academic work, specifically in the areas of math and science.
