As an Arizona State graduate, I have spent many years deeply focusing on English Literature. This has expanded my knowledge on the importance of in depth reading and writing. I have tutored both high school seniors and various levels of college students in English Literature and assisted them with their writings. I also have experience with creative writing and editing, during the time I spent as an intern for an online woman's magazine, Kalliope.
I am passionate about Literature and writing and am therefore knowledgeable on the subjects. Having been reading since I was two it was a natural progression of events that, despite my dyslexia, I completed my BA in English Literature and thereby am intimately acquainted with all of the generas, nuances, and demands that true literacy requires. I started off college as a Micro-biology major so I have spent a good amount of time buried in the lab as well as Chaucer and Milton.
