My passion is teaching, encouraging, and motivating students. I believe that all students have the potential to succeed in life and reach their dreams and goals. I feel that education is the key to success. I am aware that not all students learn the exact same way. I am willing to adapt to each child's individual learning style whether it be hands on, visual, etc. I am very patient and understanding and my main goal is to help students improve their academic achievement.
