My teaching style is to go head on with my students and to address every weak point possible. It is crucial to understand how the student both feels and interprets information. If a student does not seem to comprehend using a certain teaching method then it is imperative to find a different way to present the course materials. I have been very successful with my teaching methods and have received continuous high marks in classes instructed,(can provide student feedback documented by ASU if needed).
