My comments on tutoring Language Arts : Taught for 15 weeks in two Language Arts classrooms - 8th and 11th grades.

Student centered and humanistic, I seek to find the student's ways of knowing and help them to build from their own starting point. I heavily endorse active reading and listening and value discussion and project-based learning.
