I earned a Baccalaureate of Science, Physics at age 47 in 1997. Currently, I hold an Oklahoma State Teaching Certificate, Physics 6-12, # 300049l, expiration 2014. I have tutored Physics for other undergraduate, while employed as Physics Laboratory Assistant, 1993-1997. My formal teaching began in Science and Mathematics, Middle School, Baton Rouge, LA Fall 1997. My first tutoring experience was in my freshman year of college. I tutored basic college algebra and calculus. Having earned two bachelor degrees in both math and physics. I feel I have a good understanding of not only the theory but also the applications of math to science. Tutoring both privately and publicly has also increased my speaking and presentation abilities. I have also tutored test taking strategies for the SAT, ACT, and GRE. In my years tutoring I have tutored middle school through graduate level courses. A Little Bit About Me...

I have had experience tutoring undergraduate level students with various levels of mathematics and accounting courses while at college from 2002-2006. I also have over 3 years of experience mentoring professional staffs on accounting job functions.
I believe I can be a good teacher as I have the necessary background and the experience. The fact that I like sharing knowledge would only add to my interest in a teaching opportunity. If I have a choice, I would prefer one-on-one type tutoring classes to group courses. My style of teaching is pretty basic. I would want my students to spend a lot of time practicing and knowing their subject matters. I would want my students to put in the required dedication to the educational opportunity on hand.

A Little Bit About Me...

As a Math Educator, I have achieved a BA and M.Ed in Math Curriculum. This two titles let me to work in 6 different school in wich I had devoloped a high standar curriculum in each area of the Math field. My last experince in the classroom was with a drop out students program in wich I helped giving that second opportunity to students that in some cases no one believe in; to graduate fron high school. I have 13 years of expirience in teaching, tutoring and mentoring in Math, Sciencies and Spanish.
I love teaching and working at any level of education. I am very patient, considerate and dynamic with all students.
