If anyone is looking for a tutor, I would be willing to help. I'm a senior in college studying math and physics. I got a 35 on the math portion of my ACT. I have multiple undergraduate research experiences in mathematics. Both of those research projects have been presented at math conferences. One has been published and the other publication is in progress. I have gotten an A every Calculus, Discrete Mathematics, and Logic course I have taken in college. In high school I was a 4 year veteran in scholastic bowl. I also did math team for 4 years and qualified for state three times. I truly enjoy teaching basic physics and mathematics and have been told I am pretty good at it. One of my greatest strengths is the ability to explain a concept in different ways, as of course, people don’t all learn the same way. There’s nothing more rewarding than finding the right explanation and watching the light bulb come on when a student grasps a concept with which they were struggling. To resolve this problem, I have learned that it is helpful to explain the process of solving the same problem from a different perspective or using a different method.
