Sign Language is one of my top subjects! I have had 5 years experience using Sign language in various settings including jobs and volunteer services such as: -Job Coach. -Interpreter. -Language Facilitator. -Teacher. -Tutor.

Since 2010 I have been involved with various jobs teaching, interpreting and using American Sign Language. I began an Interpreter Training Program at Nashville State Community College. After the first year of the program, I decided to move to a location where many Deaf people were and immersed myself in the language. I got a job as a job coach specifically working with Deaf and hard of hearing individuals. I also began volunteering as an interpreter at a local church. I later had oppertunities teaching sign language and also tutering some college students taking ASL courses. Sign Language is one of my top subjects! I am currently working as an American Sign Language Interpreter in Tennessee and the surrounding areas. I have an Educational Interpreting Performance Assessment (EIPA) of 3.4 and hold a B.S. in American Sign Language Interpreting from Tennessee Temple University. I have tutoring experience with the language. I also specialize in ASL Interpreting in Educational settings.

After studying American Sign Language for 4 years I received my B.S. degree in American Sign Language Interpreting from Tennessee Temple University. Over the past ten years, I have worked for four school districts providing after-school tutoring to students with a learning disability.
