I worked as an evaluator for the state educational competency exams in elementary and high school for three different states and as such graded the language arts/writing/reading sections. I really love to teach and to guide students.I think every student has different ability to learn so first i judge the students and then try to teach in different ways like by using white or black boards,by giving different examples related to a particular topic..etc.I believe dat a good teacher first has to become a good friend of students and then by guiding at last he/she plays a role of parents.
