Composition is one of my top subjects! I have taught composition in the classroom for 5 years.

I prefer the Socratic method of asking/answering questions and discussion, but I am more than capable of diverting to a more lecture style of teaching if that is what works with the student. I tailor my teaching style to the strengths of the student.
I am a teacher with 7 years of classroom experience. My degree is in English, but I have taught in many other areas, including math, history, logic, and rhetoric. I love to help children learn! It is so rewarding to see the reaction of a child who suddenly understands what he has been trying to learn.
