I am a very dedicated and determined person and I expect those that I work with to be willing and determined to put forth effort. Besides that my teaching style depends on the styles of those I am working with since different people have different learning styles and it is necessary for me to adjust my style in order to help each and everyone succeed. I believe that everyone has an immense learning capacity if we, as teachers, can help them tap into that.
