My comments on tutoring Spelling : I have been called a "Spelling Nazi." Is this an insult or a compliment? I love that I can spell most any word, but I don't like being called a nazi!

A Little Bit About Me...

As stated above I enjoy working with children of all ages, I have made a difference in their lives as well as them making a difference in my life. I love the many challenges that teaching brings, and believe its a very good experience to discover. I like to use my learning structure to assist in tutoring and making a difference in children to better their education and future.
As a graduate I have done tutoring to enhance my credibility to teach possibly in the future with my major in criminal justice. As an older student returning to complete my degree, I was driven to achieve my goal. I worked while completing my education and this gave me a better appreciation for that education. A Little Bit About Me...

While at Salisbury University, I studied Environmental Issues and firmly believe in the theory I learned that education in the beginning for everything. I have always loved learning, and as a result, I also pursued a minor in Chemistry, for the sheer love of science. Immediately after college, I spent the summer teaching riding lessons at a camp in Colorado. In the evenings, I took off my cowboy boots and spent my time acting as co-counselor in a cabin full of elementary to middle school aged girls, depending on the session.
