I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the State University of New York at SUNY New Paltz and I have matriculated into the Master of Arts in Biology program at the same university. I started my career as a 5th grade teacher and became very interested in Special Ed. In 1973 I joined the West Park Union Free School a newly legislated Special Ed. school as a teacher/ administrator. I moved to Educational administration in 1986. I returned to the classroom in 1990. I retired from public education in 2003 and became a teacher for Our Lady of Lourdes HS. I created a special program there concentrating on learning disabilities, study skills and other problem areas. I am now again retired. I have taught on every level from preschool to college. A Little Bit About Me...

I enjoy my job tutoring as much as I enjoy my research and learning new information myself. I have always believed that anyone can learn physics and math. When someone does not understand material I believe that the teacher is failing them. Working one on one with students and helping them succeed is the most rewarding part of my day.
