I started out working as a Head Start teacher's assistant and the following year I was promoted to Head Start teacher and manager. Currently I worked in a behavior school as an instructional assistant, and I have stepped in to plan curriculum and teach all the classes because the teacher has been on paid leave this year. My approach to teaching relies heavily on the use of modeling.
