A Little Bit About Me...

One of the most rewarding experiences of my life was the time I spent tutoring at the Literacy Council in Grove City, Pa. Taking someone who could not read, teaching them one-on-one phonetically and then hearing back from one of the council officials that the person had passed the literacy exam with flying colors made me immensely happy. My parents and an uncle were teachers. The greatest influences in my life, other than my mom, dad and uncle, have been my teachers. I strongly believe any person can be made to learn if you make it enjoyable and there are few things more satisfying than seeing someone advance because of something you have taught.
