I've developed and marketed training materials nationwide, and am the author of Excel Basic Training, Excel VBA Basic Training, and Word Basic Training. From 1990 to 2000, I was an international Excel, Word, and Access trainer and lecturer for Dunn & Bradstreet Business Education Services. During this period, I trained over 25,000 people in 48 states. My company was allied with WORLD BOOK ENCYCLOPEDIA as the World Book Education Technology Training Group, a program that trained educators nationwide. Between 2009 and 2012, I worked for a Microsoft Partner (Mosaic Corporation) as Certified Microsoft Trainer, where I trained Geek Squad and Tech Center personnel in Microsoft Office and Windows 7.
