I feel each child is unique, so their learning style is unique. I especially enjoy using the explorative method of teaching where the child is encourage to explore, examine, and discover with my assistance. I believe that each child has a gift and it is my job to discover where their strengths lie and to foster that strength and know where their weaknesses are and kindle their desire to make those stronger. As a graduate of Berea College, I was given an opportunity to utilize the skills I learned at that institution. I have earned a bachelor degree in Psychology, which help me hone the statistical and research knowledge I now have. I am going to continue my work in psychology to work toward my master's degree at EKU in general psychology.
