LESSONS SHOULD ACCOMMODATE STUDENT LEARNING STYLES

My belief is that all students have different learning styles. Therefore lessons need to be individualized to meet student needs. In order to be successful students need to be engaged by creative teachers. My teaching experience has taught me to accommodate these needs when developing lesson plans.
I have 15 years of teaching experience with special needs students in a rural school district. During this time i provided private tutoring sessions for Elementary, Middle, High School and College students. A Little Bit About Me...

I was a good High School Student, but lacked the motivation to go onto college right after graduation. At age 26, I went back to college subsequent to being laid off from my job and obtained my 2 year and then my 4 year degree. I graduated when I was 30. While in college, I tutored WIP accounting, basic accounting, math and reading. Since that time, I have held a position at a large Insurance Company.
