My comments on tutoring Microsoft Access : Training Specialist with extensive experience in teaching Microsoft Office (MSO) Applications in both the federal and private sector. I have over 25 years experience teaching Microsoft applications to high school students, adults, displaced workers, veterans and federal employees.

I am a hands on instructor. I can identify user needs, pinpoint skill gaps and develop instruction to meet those needs. In my training as a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt and Quality Engineer, I use many mathematical models, including algebra, geometry, statistics, and engineering modeling.
My teaching style is not memorization but rather practice. The best method that I found for teaching math based subjects is step by step work throughs for each problem. By taking the time to step through each math problem, the student learns the theory (Algebra, geometry, etc) as well as the solution. Just solving the problem doesn't teach them as much as understanding HOW to get the solution
