American History is one of my top subjects! I am currently a graduate student at Norwich University, and maintain a 4.0 GPA. I am also a practicing early American Historian with a focus on (1600-1870).

Many times during the school week, I came home with red markings on my face or hands. I take a softer approach. If you get a child excited, he/she will learn best! Human nature loves to play so if games can somehow be integrated into learning, voila! My nieces and nephews all asked their parents to have me teach them. Adult learners are no different. A Little Bit About Me...

Through the extensive teacher preparation program at SUNY Geneseo, I had a wide variety of experiences. As a member of Kappa Delta Pi, I worked with an ESOL student to tutor him in humanities. I have been fortunate to have a variety of experiences during my teaching career, 29 years total.
