I spent several years in my last job role developing and implementing a training program on budgeting, cost reporting and government compliance for low-level fiscal staff working on community service providers in New York City; often English competency of these staffers was low. I greatly enjoyed this experience that demonstrated my outstanding ability to teach and relate well with those often not of my same ethnic / cultural background. Throughout my career I have provided instructional guidance to others.
