I have over of 30 years of progressive experience in tutoring young children in the elementary years of education in all subject matter areas. My specialty is literacy and reading, but I am also adept in teaching all of the math curricula as well. I also firmly believe that teaching organizational skills and proper research methodologies are very important for the classroom today--and every child needs these skills in order to excel in the classroom and survive. Special Educator with many hats and minds to utilize.

I believe that we all learn better one way versus another but it does not negate the many ways of learning as well. I like to have a schedule written out so that the child knows what will be expected of him/her that day. I am very organized and like to complete tasks in a timely manner.
