Not all students learn in the same fashion, and that must be considered in planning and implementing lessons. I believe that education needs to be approached in a fun way that coincides with the student's individual interests and learning styles. I usually would give hints or start the problem, and then I would look for the student to add insight on how to progress. I implemented and maintained custom code for a number of clients, and I performd lead programmer functions and mentor others.
