Building Future Business Minded Youth

I am a hand-on type of teacher. I realized that people have various ways of learning so I must adapt to his or her learning style in order for the student to become succeful at the topic that they are trying to learn.
I have had 5+ years of experience in a coporate business environment. In this environment, I coached customer service representatives of varies levels on how to become more customer service savy and business minded. I believe it is very important fro one to posses the skills that are needed to become sucessful in today's society. I just recently completed my first semester of teaching University 101 at the University of South Carolina. This course allowed me to find out how much I enjoy teaching. I like to be able to make a personal connection with the students and learn about their learning styles and much more. I feel like each person who is in a teaching capacity has the ability to motivate and help each child in the classroom.
