Because of my elementary background, it is safe to say I am a very patient person and I use that skill in my ability. I allow the children to create their own paths and when there are roadblocks we work together to find a solution. I am not in the habit of giving students the answers. As an undergraduate student in India, I used to help my younger brother and cousins with school. Especially being in engineering my Math, Chemistry and Physics backgrounds are very strong. I have never tutored for money but I used to tutor a lot for free. This developed my passion for teaching and even as a graduate student at Univ. of North Texas, I used to teach undergraduate students (including freshmen).
