I first make learning fun and exciting. As in past experience each child learns diffently and I need to be able to adapt to this. I first see what the level of the child is then work on the next step and help make sure the new level is learned as well as the old level is still maintained. I am a tenured teacher at a local public high school. I have a BA in Education, MA in Gifted Education, and an MA in Educational Administration.
