I use a combination of both online games and Websites and hands-on manipulatives. First, I like for the student to take multiple intelligence tests and then I know how best to help the student. The information I gain from the analysis is extremely informative. It tells me where the students' strengths lie such as some students are musically inclined, some are visual learners, auditory learners, some are mathematicians and various other styles. Then, the style that they learn through the best is how I would teach the student; this is based on Gardner's Multiple Intelligence. I earned a bachelor degree in Mathematics and have worked in Information Technology for over 25 years. I have strong technical skills with an excellent understanding of Microsoft tools including MS Office SharePoint. I worked extensively with employees in my last position training and educating them on the use of SharePoint. I have also trained, mentored, and coached new employees and have recently provided training as a volunteer. My communication and interpersonal skills are excellent, I enjoy working with people and am highly motivated.
