Critical thinking skills and untraditional ways are what I focus on. However the way someone learns, I will try to set the individual up to show how they learn and work with them. My comments on tutoring Microsoft Access : I have used Microsoft Access for years. I just became MASTER Certified in Microsoft Access 2010.

I have a patient teaching style. It does not matter if you just need to learn email or how to use a mouse.
