I have a versatile background that began with two business degrees and progressed to a professional career in purchasing and sales. I discovered along the way that my true passion was teaching and I can be more effective in a tutoring one-on-one situation than a classroom setting. I am highly proficient and have tutored nearly all subjects and grade levels.
Teach a man to fish...is for life. Tutoring is the same, especially with younger children. I haven't met a student yet who is unable to learn. My job is to find the method that will best enable students to self-actualize their learning. A success is converting the child's approach and passion for learning. If I helped to change the child's mind about learning, I have literally altered the course of his/her life in a positive way.
