I believe in using real life situations, scenarios, and actively using technology. I like to use life lessons to enable my kids to realize that I am humble person, and I truly want the best for them academically as well as student. I incorporate peer discussions, peer tutoring, exit slips out the door, and class discussions to actively engage my students through the content and the process of learning. After my high school education, where I achieved A's in both core and elective math, I began teaching math at the elementary and high school level. I eventually broadened my scope and taught english and science, all part time. I went on to pursue my undergraduate degree and am now pursuing my MBA at Mercer University, Atlanta.
