Due to family issues, I dropped out at in the 9th grade but due to extensive reading most of my life on many subjects, and being gifted intellectually, thank God, I was enrolled in college at the age of 16. In the classroom, I believe the collaborative approach is the best method for teaching. For impactful learning to occur, students must be directly and actively involved in their learning. This can be done through group work, group activities, and class discussion. This approach is also best for tutoring. To be a good tutor, one must know how to best engage the tutee in the learning process. It is not enough to simply provide information; this can be accomplished simply by reading a book.
