My styles is based on open trust, open dialogue and discussion. I have found that the best way to teach is to promote an active learning environment where students have to participate and they can learn from their mistakes in a safe environment. Using my sense of humor, I create a fun place to learn.

As students work their way up to Calculus and further, it is important to understand the process of problem-solving and not focus on the numbers alone.
