Currently a junior at the University of Memphis, I am seeking a Bachelor's degree in English. I love to write, and have always been the dictionary for people, so my concentration is in Creative Writing. I have very high marks in all my English classes, (transcripts for which available upon request) and am currently 12,000 words into my first book. I love helping people. I feel that a student can always teach a student better than a teacher. Their teaching style is a lot forgiving and the student is less intimidated knowing that someone else has been where he/she is currently. It also takes a great deal of patience to teach someone something and a forgiving nature. I excel at both of those.
As a high school student, I excelled at my schoolwork. I was retained as a tutor for middle school students in math and science subjects.
