I have been substitute teaching for four years for all grades and all subjects. I have been tutoring in my home for two years all grades in mainly mathematics. I have trained students in cognitive thinking skills at Learning RX for 2 years. I have three children of my own, two in college and one is a senior in high school. I was a stay-at-home mom for 20 years and I have worked with my children in of all their subjects. I earned my AS in Mathematics in 2003 and my BS in Secondary Education in 2006. I have a passion for children and mathematics. I am a very positive person with a high level of energy. I believe children are capable of whatever they believe they can do and at times whatever you believe they can do. I set high goals for the students I work with and they work toward those goals. I am a patient person who enjoys working with children and sharing the love of learning.
