A Little Bit About Me...

I don't have the certification to be a teacher but I have been student teaching since seeking a degree in biology. I love working with students. My goal as a future educator is to listen and do my best to get the students interested in the lesson. I also hope to help them figure out their future goals. I love to learn, and love passing that on to others. I am a patient personality, and I may present a problem to a student to evaluate where they are. From there, we can go either backwards or to more advanced work. Education is very important for myself and for my children, and I like to instill that learning takes you further in life than where someone may have not even dreamed. I am amazed at seeing cashiers who can't make simple change, or someone who can't calculate a small percentage in their head, such as 10% of a number.
