As a recent graduate of Lock Haven University, I have obtained dual bachelor's degrees in both Accounting and Business Administration. Throughout the course of my college career, I have completed several accounting related projects including auditing cases, creating financial statements, etc. I have helped several students with accounting classes over the past four years, completed an accounting internship and am very educated in the subject. While taking a variety of college courses, I found my area of interest in accounting. After receiving my Bachelors degree with honors, began working in the accounting field and towards my masters degree in taxation. I have worked well with many individuals in a variety of industries and most enjoyed the training/supervision of a young staff at Genetti's. Many were hired with little or no experience and with time and patience, became solid and empowered with the knowledge and experience that they acquired. While I enjoy business, working with children is my passion, hence why I am pursuing my teaching certification. I believe the best way to teach students any skill is to let them have hands on experience with it.
