I was a STEM tutor throughout high school and have continued this into my college years for local high schools. I specialize in maths Trig-Below, Biology and Chemistry (AP and Non AP), anatomy and physiology, physical science, and life sciences. I am very flexible with hours and will accommodate to your needs. I believe that every student is different and not ever student learns the same. My teaching style is highly creative to borderline eccentric! I have extensive training in the various learning styles and instinctively target the student's learning style in order to make the most progress. I am a firm believer in kinesthetic learning activities and of using a hands-on, mnemonic-driven approach to teaching. I love working with children and feel that is my God given talent. I believe that all children can and will learn with the proper time given to them. All children learn differently. I am a Special Education teacher by education and by choice. My teaching style is one that can be changed at any time to answer the learning style of a student. I am a hands-on, multiple teaching style person because I know that students do not learn by using just one learning style. If I said that I just had one teaching style, then I would only be teaching to one type of student and that is detrimental to all students.
