Painting is one of my top subjects! Although I also have experience in traditional painting, I am offering instruction to those who are interested in digital painting using programs like Adobe Photoshop. I have an extra Wacom drawing tablet that you could use, and also have advice for someone wanting to work with just a mouse. I address all levels, from the basics you'll need to know with scanning sketches and using brushes and layers to more advance illustrators already familiar and looking for tips and tricks as how to streamline and advance their process.

I graduated with a BA in Graphic Design from Western Washington University in 2011, and came out of school with several years of professional design experience under my belt. I had been drawing and living on computers from an early age. I grew up absorbing new programs and have learned to enjoy finding solutions and unearthing some of the more mysterious and helpful features of software that often go unnoticed. If you don't like the results, I haven't done my job.

I won the state championship in the 100 meters and went to Adams State College in Alamosa CO. Broke a leg in track and received withdrawn F across the board. Left college and healed up. Went to the Army two years and reserve three years. Came back and picked up the quickest degree possiable. Moved to Hawwaii, three years. Became a ciritified dept of defense government contractor. Furnish and deliver contracts. Ended up moving back home to Albuquerque NM. I started working in the Indian Casinos for 13 years. I bought a house and retired. But now I'm tired of sitting around.
All I do is tend to my students needs. I'm personal. Like to get off track with my students and lead them back to the point.

Need Piano Lessons?

I am a 19 year old college student who is living in Murrieta for the next few summer months, and attends Cal State Fullerton. I have taken piano lessons for over 11 years now, and have a few years experience in teaching/tutoring in piano. My major concentration in college is Studio Art, and have also had experience in teaching art classes through M.A.D. Studio. Through experience in college and high school, I am also very familiar with Microsoft Office programs, and have helped those who are struggling in the newer editions of these MS programs.
My teaching style is not entirely concrete, for I feel that it depends on the maturity of the student and willingness to learn the subject at hand. I am very patient when I need to be, and my main goal is to simply make sure each student walks away knowing what they needed to learn.
