During my tenure in the classroom, I justified that all students can learn and perform above average if given the appropriate environment, and the teacher is in the best position to enact it. I strongly express my passion for what I do, and this has a ripple effect on the students, who in return express passion for their class. I use positive approach to teaching, guaranteeing all my students that they cannot fail if we all stick to the plan (and I mean it). In addition, speaking word of motivation and encouragement help students to get up when you are not there. A Little Bit About Me...

I implemented and maintained custom code for a number of clients, and I performd lead programmer functions and mentor others. Every few months I conducted "lunch and learns" for programmers and analysts. During these sessions I would describe what code was doing in a particular module. This would help them with their implementations.
I like to first show a basic example of the problem, then show how the problem can be solved. I will then show another example that is a little more involved. After this, I let the person being mentored try solving a similar problem.
