My goal is to help children in any context that I can. Although I have my sights set on being a pediatric neurologist, my vision encompasses more than this end. There are many arrays of learning styles. I personally use visually, writing, and seeing the bigger picture. First, the mind can develop a concept or help map out the ideas by seeing the picture to the learning task. Second writing helps to reinforce the concept or idea. Throughout my college years, I was involved in coaching high school aged students in baseball as well as younger kids in a baseball camp. During my last year of college, I helped with a after school tutoring program that included students up to the sixth grade. All subjects were covered and tutoring was done in one-on-one as well as small group settings.
